Membership

Confess and receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and submit to baptism by immersion in water (see Baptism), as demonstrated in scriptures.

If you already understand that God loves you and wants you to be a part of His eternal family, simply pray the following prayer to invite the Lord into your life. "Dear Heavenly Father, I confess that I am a sinner in need of salvation. I accept Your Son, Jesus Christ as my personal Lord and Savior. I believe that He died on the cross and rose from the dead to give me salvation. Please forgive me of my sins and help me to live a life pleasing to you. Thank You for saving me. In Jesus’ name - Amen.”

If you just sincerely prayed this salvation prayer, you are now saved and have joined the family of Christ. Now that you are saved, an expression of your conversion is to be baptized.

This is your statement of previous acceptance of Christ and water baptism by immersion. If you are uniting with CCC from another denomination, we may request you submit to baptism by immersion.

A letter of commendation from your previous church which attests to your membership faithfulness.

It is simple, really. At CCC, a member is someone who has committed to do four things:

• Protect the unity of the church
• Share the responsibility of the church
• Serve the ministry of the church
• Support the testimony of the church
